About Us
關(guān)于我們北京聚菱燕塑料有限公司，是專業(yè)生產(chǎn)和銷售汽車用聚丙烯共混合金材料的合資企業(yè)，由中國(guó)石化集團(tuán)北京燕山石油化工有限公司、日本聚化株式會(huì)社以及豐田通商株式會(huì)社共同出資。
中國(guó)石化北京燕山分公司，是中國(guó)優(yōu)秀的乙烯生產(chǎn)商之一，也是中國(guó)優(yōu)秀的聚丙烯生產(chǎn)廠商。原油加工能力1000萬噸/年，乙烯生產(chǎn)能力80萬噸/年，聚丙烯生產(chǎn)能力55萬噸/年。
Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Company is one of the largest ethylene producers and also the largest polypropylene producer in China. Its crude oil processing capacity reaches up to 10 million t/a, ethylene production capacity 800, 000 t/a, and polypropylene production capacity 550, 000 t/a.公司結(jié)合燕山石化和日本聚化株式會(huì)社兩大股東的優(yōu)勢(shì)，采用中國(guó)石化北京燕山分公司優(yōu)質(zhì)的聚丙烯基礎(chǔ)樹脂以及日本聚丙烯株式會(huì)社的先進(jìn)技術(shù)，專注于汽車用聚丙烯共混合金材料的前瞻性研究開發(fā)，致力于打造中國(guó)汽車塑料優(yōu)秀品牌。公司現(xiàn)有近6大系列、13類、300多種產(chǎn)品，主要用于生產(chǎn)汽車保險(xiǎn)杠、儀表板、門板、門護(hù)板、立柱、排擋殼、轉(zhuǎn)向器殼、雜物盒、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)周邊塑料件、空調(diào)殼、車燈殼、風(fēng)扇、行李箱內(nèi)飾、外圍裙邊、各種內(nèi)飾件以及摩托車內(nèi)、外飾件等。
With the two shareholders’ advantages, i.e. the supreme PP base resin from Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Company and the advanced technologies from Japan Polypropylene Corporation, the Company is engaged in prospective R&D of PPCP for automobiles, and committed to building China’s No.1 auto plastic brand. At present, the Company has more than 300 products spanning nearly 6 series and 13 categories, mainly for producing car bumper, dashboard, door panel, door protector, pillar, console box, steering gear column cover, glove box, plastic parts around the engine, air conditioning cover, lamp housings, radiator fan, car trunk interior trim , exterior apron, various interior trim and interior and exterior trim for motorcycles, etc.公司作為國(guó)家級(jí)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)，針對(duì)汽車的節(jié)能減排、低VOC低氣味材料以及新能源汽車市場(chǎng)著力進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新研發(fā)，在汽車輕量化、環(huán)境友好等方面取得了較好的成就，引導(dǎo)了汽車材料的升級(jí)換代。
